Strange Creature Encounter Reported from Allegheny County near Pittsburgh-February 3, 2018

I was contacted by Lon Strickler of the Phantoms & Monsters website. Lon made me aware that he had received information concerning an encounter with a very strange being that had taken place in a suburb of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You can read the entire account at:

When I saw the sketch drawn by one of the witnesses there seemed to be some similarities in the details between this creature and the being that was encountered by a police officer on patrol in late August of 2017 in Westmoreland County. I later received information that another similar being was reported from a rural location in northern Westmoreland County in September of 2017.
